Questions people ask before they order
Are these really medical insoles?
Yes — they're custom-made medical devices, designed by a certified orthotist for your specific feet.
How accurate is a phone scan?
Very. The guided 3D scan captures your feet to the millimetre; if anything is unclear, we'll simply ask you to redo it.
What if insoles aren't right for me?
The questionnaire screens for suitability first. If a condition needs in-person care, we'll tell you before you pay.
Is my health data safe?
Yes — GDPR-compliant and stored in the EU. You can access or delete it at any time.
How long will my insoles last?
With everyday wear, expect one to three years — far longer than the six to twelve months typical of off-the-shelf insoles. Rotating pairs and letting them air out extends their life.
Is there a break-in period?
Usually one to two weeks. Wear them a few hours on the first day, then add an hour or two each day — you're gently retraining a lifelong walking pattern, so a little patience pays off.
Which shoes will they fit?
Any shoe with a removable insole and enough depth — trainers, work shoes, boots. You tell us your main activity in the questionnaire, so we shape them to suit.
How soon will they arrive?
Once you've scanned, a certified orthotist designs and 3D-prints your pair; we ship across the EU and you'll see your delivery window at checkout.
Can they help with plantar fasciitis, flat feet or heel pain?
Often, yes — the questionnaire captures your symptoms and a certified orthotist tailors the prescription. If your case needs in-person care, we'll tell you before you pay.
