Yes. Each pair is individually designed by a certified orthotist from your assessment and your 3D foot geometry, then manufactured in the EU under our clinical orthotics process. It is a custom medical product, not a generic off-the-shelf insole.

The guided scan captures the full 3D shape of your feet and gives your orthotist the exact geometry needed to design your insoles. If anything is unclear, we'll simply ask you to redo it.

The questionnaire screens for suitability first. If a condition needs in-person care, we'll tell you before you pay.

Yes. It is GDPR-compliant and stored in the EU, and you can access or delete it at any time.

With everyday wear, expect one to three years, far longer than the six to twelve months typical of off-the-shelf insoles. Rotating pairs and letting them air out extends their life.

Usually one to two weeks. Wear them a few hours on the first day, then add an hour or two each day. You're gently retraining a lifelong walking pattern, so a little patience pays off.

Yes and no. Custom insoles are designed to support and guide the foot while you wear them; they don't usually change its shape permanently. With a flexible flat foot, for example, your arch may appear when supported and flatten again barefoot. That's normal and doesn't mean the insoles aren't working. The goal is to support the foot during activity, improve comfort and function, manage excessive loading, and help stop things getting worse. Think of them as a support system for your feet: they work when you use them.

There's no fixed rule. It depends on why you need them and how your feet feel without them. The more consistently you wear them, the more consistently your feet get their support. If pain improves with them and returns without them, you'll likely benefit from wearing them regularly. You don't have to wear them every moment of every day; going without for a day or two is fine if you're comfortable. For many people they simply become part of their normal footwear, not because the foot becomes dependent, but because they're useful support and comfort when needed.

We ship to all 27 EU countries plus Switzerland, Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein. Delivery is free within the EU and €10.99 to the four non-EU countries, because parcels leaving the EU customs union carry extra paperwork and carrier charges. You choose your country on the summary page and see the full total before paying. Orders outside the EU may also be charged import duty or local VAT on arrival, which we cannot collect for you. If we do not yet deliver to your country, tell us on the summary page and we will let you know when we do.
