BioSoles provides remote, custom-made medical insoles. This policy explains how we handle your data, including the health information you provide.

Data we collect

Your account email; the answers you give in the clinical questionnaire (health data); and order details. Your 3D foot scan is captured and stored by our scanning partner, not by us.

How we use it

To let a certified orthotist review your case and design your insoles, to fulfil your order, and to contact you about it. We never sell your data.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can access, correct, export, or delete your data, and withdraw consent at any time. We store data within the EU.
